All timers carry a one-year warranty on parts and workmanship from the date of purchase. For warranty repair return the unit to us, freight prepaid with proof-of –purchase. For non-warranty repairs, contact us for the current exchange prices, return the unit to us freight prepaid with the exchange fee, and the old unit will be replaced. You have a choice of a remanufactured unit or for a slightly higher fee we will replace the old unit with a new one. Both the remanufactured feeder and the new feeder come with a year’s warranty on parts and workmanship. The return freight is included in the exchange fee. Most repairs are in and out within two working days.
